In Soma & Season we will reflect, share, meditate and move in harmony with our current season.

In this 2-hour session we will:

• Open our practice

• Connect to presence and use this awareness to reflect on your current phase.

• Reflect on how we interact with our environment.

• Move into a gentle asana practice to support our body in this fall season.

• Integrate our physical, mental, and energetic understanding

•. Close our practice

Please: Dress in clothes that you feel comfortable to move in. Bring; a journal and writing utensil, water bottle and an item that helps you feel grounded (sweater, picture, blanket etc.)
